Position is Sales and Operations Manager for the US and Canada. Individuals must maintain a positive, open-minded attitude, be assertive and work independently while staying in alignment with company goals and strategies..

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform, grow and develop BlindShell in the US and Canada
  • Execute annual business plan
  • Envision & seek new business approaches, leads and opportunities
  • Establish strategic partnerships to grow the business
  • Engage in networking opportunities, representing BlindShell at trade events and other  marketing initiatives
  • Monitor the status of all live enquiries to ensure immediate follow-up is completed in a timely professional manner and escalated to the CEO 
  • Provide training & ongoing support to partners
  • Identify areas for PR opportunities locally and nationally.
  • Orchestrate market information on behalf of BlindShell
  • Customers, technical and overall general support

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience and record of success doing business in the North American blind/visually impaired industry
  • Proven track record managing sales operations
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a solid financial skillset
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as required
  • Readiness  to travel
