Within the Czech republic and other countries of the European Union GLS package delivery company is used to deliver the parcels. Outside of EU UPS package delivery company is used. You can also use the local pickup at our offices on following address:

Orders are usually processed the same date they are received in our system. In the Czech Republic the goods are usually delivered within two working days. Delivery times for other countries are dependant on the package delivery company which is delivering your order it could be 3-5 days. For furhter information please contact us, we will be more than happy to give you all the neccessary information.
