Returning purchased goods

If your BlindShell phone does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you can do so without any issues within 14 days of receiving it.

A refund is only possible if you return the phone and inform us of your intention to return it within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your request.

Simply send the product along with a copy of the invoice or a completed form to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product, we will refund your money as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from your withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method unless we agree otherwise.
