Login to the BlindShell forum

To register for the Forum, please visit the following link here.

First, you need to accept the invitation, so select "Accept invitation."
Fill in your email, username, first and last name, and a password (at least 8 characters).
After completing the form, you will receive an automatic email. To finish, click on the link to activate your account.
This email will be in English, as the default forum settings are in English. I will guide you through the process of changing the language to your preferred one.
After opening the link, confirm by clicking "Click here to activate your account".

When you first open the forum, you will receive an introductory message, and it’s up to you whether you want to go through the tutorial or not. I recommend setting your preferred language first.

To activate on a computer:
In the upper right corner, open your account icon, go to settings, and select "Preferences." Then choose "Interface" and under the "Interface language" option, select your preferred language. Don’t forget to confirm the changes by clicking "Save changes." After that, the forum interface will switch to your chosen language.
In the same section, you can edit your profile to your liking, set a profile picture, name, write a description about yourself, and configure which emails you want or don’t want to receive. You can also choose categories you want to follow.

To activate on BlindShell:
From the main page, use the down arrow to navigate to your profile "Test'a account" confirm, and scroll down to select "Profile". Then again, use the down arrow to select "Preferences". Hold the up button to ensure you’re at the top of the page, and use the down arrow to go to "Interface." By pressing the confirmation button, you’ll open more options below, where you can set the "Interface language". Scroll to the default option, confirm with the confirmation button, and use the down arrow to browse the available languages. Confirm your selection, and at the bottom of this page, confirm the change with the "Save changes" button.

Afterward, you can continue editing your profile and settings or go directly to check new posts.
The quickest way on BlindShell is to hold the up button and then use the down button to navigate to the BlindShell Friends community. Confirming this option will take you to the main screen.
If you want to go straight to the topics page, select the option for menu / or for those who kept the English version, "sidebar," and choose "Topics." This page will display topics in the categories you’ve selected. Each group has pre-set categories for that language. For example, if you want to join the English section, select Groups, where you can join both the English and German versions.

Be aware that after joining, you will see topics from additional categories on the main page.

TIP: To quickly browse topics in the browser in BlindShell, press button 2 to navigate by headings.
