Returning purchased goods
If you are having trouble using your phone, please contact our customer support at [email protected]. We will be happy to advise you and help you resolve the issue.
Refunds are only possible if the phone is returned and you inform us of your intention to return it within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we will no longer be able to process your request.
To initiate the return process, please contact us at [email protected], and we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
The package will be picked up directly from your address. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account.
Note: Please make sure to include all items that were part of the original order in the return package.
