How It Works
1) Install the App

On a BlindShell Classic 3: Tandem comes pre-installed.

On a smartphone/tablet: Download Tandem from the Google Play Store or App Store.
2) Connect Your Devices
- Connect directly with another BlindShell Classic 3 user through the app.
- Or send an invite link by SMS to Android or iOS user from the BlindShell phone.
3) Start Helping (or Getting Help!) and Communicating
- Once connected, you can send messages, call, or offer support—like remote help—when needed.
