I can confidently say that the BlindShell device system is extremely stable and user-friendly. The battery life is excellent, and I can share mobile internet using the built-in hotspot. There is currently no competitor in the mobile phone market with similar capabilities that is also accessible to the blind.

Having worked professionally with people who are blind and visually impaired, the BlindShell is a game changer, particularly for people who have not grown up using smartphones and have lost their vision later in life. We connected it to a hearing aid via Bluetooth for a woman who as legally deaf and blind and it opened up her whole world. The customer service at BlindShell is amazing (seriously better than any US-based company I have worked with.). Don't hesitate. A great product with a great team behind it.

I've been incredibly impressed with the customer care, especially from Dominika. The response was swift and without delay – I wish other companies were as responsive as BlindShell! This is my first phone ever, so I'm especially grateful to BlindShell for enabling me to communicate with others via phone, WhatsApp, and other features. The interface is surprisingly quick to learn, even for someone like me with no prior phone experience. I've managed to get to grips with it very quickly. The user manual on the phone is a masterstroke! The accessible audio navigation makes it incredibly easy to find answers and troubleshoot problems independently. I've found the dictation feature to be of great use. It has made my life easier – no need to type, just talk! The app selection is good, and I especially love the book reader. It's accessible and easy to use. The FM radio app is also a favorite. Having access to FM radio could come in handy in an emergency situation.
