Terms and Conditions

Coaching Sessions


These terms apply specifically to BlindShell Coaching Sessions and Packages and are supplemental to the General Terms and Conditions of the e-shop. In case of any conflict, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

a) Cancellation or rescheduling by the customer

Customers may cancel or reschedule their training session no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • If the session is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged, and the session may be rescheduled or refunded according to the Refund Policy.
  • If the session is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the session is considered used, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

b) Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we need to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., trainer unavailability, technical issues): 

  • The customer will be offered a new session date at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund for the affected session, if rescheduling is not possible.

2. Missed Sessions (No-Show Policy)

If a customer does not attend a scheduled session and does not notify us in advance:

  • The session will be considered a no-show.
  • No refund or rescheduling will be offered for that session.

3. Booking Deadline After Purchase

If a customer purchases a training session or package but does not schedule a session:

  • The customer must book their session within  1 year of purchase 
  • We will send reminder emails to encourage booking.
  • If no session is booked within this time frame and no contact is made, the purchase will be considered expired and non-refundable.

This policy helps ensure trainer availability and fair scheduling for all customers.

4.  Session Structure and Educational Scope

Each training session follows a clearly defined structure and learning scope.

  • The content of each session is outlined in advance on our website.
  • At the end of each session, the customer will receive:
  • A summary of topics covered
  • Guidance on what was practiced and achieved during the session
  • Diploma

This service is an educational training, not technical support or customer service.

5. Refund Policy

a) Refund eligibility

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The session or package is canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
  • The session is canceled by us, and rescheduling is not possible.

b) Non-refundable cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session)
  • Missed sessions (no-shows)
  • Sessions that have already taken place
  • Expired, unused sessions not booked within the allowed booking period (1 year)

c) Packages

If a package includes multiple sessions:

  • Any session already completed is non-refundable
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be prorated based on unused sessions only

6. Contact and Communication

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details are correct. All scheduling information, reminders, and updates will be sent via email.

7. Accessibility Statement

Our training sessions are designed with accessibility in mind and are delivered in a clear, structured, and user-friendly way. Trainers adapt the pace and explanations to individual needs and experience levels.
