Let us introduce you to your new BlindShell phone.

In this one-on-one session, you will get familiar with your device step by step. Together, we will explore the physical layout of the phone, practice navigating menus, and learn how to handle everyday tasks at a comfortable pace. The goal is to help you feel confident, relaxed, and in control when using your phone. 

The basic coaching session is offered in the U.S. market only.

This session is ideal for new users or anyone who would like a calm and supportive start.

You will learn how to:

  • Orient yourself on the phone and understand buttons, ports, and key features

  • Navigate menus, use the keypad, action buttons, and shortcuts

  • Make calls, send text messages, save contacts, and use essential apps
  • Use SOS, Tandem (on BlindShell Classic 3), and basic troubleshooting
  • Adjust sound and display settings and handle common situations independently
